How are you?
I am back from my jollies and refreshed ready to blog and work my butt off promoting my nail products too.
Here is a few of my holiday snaps…..
Anyway onto a more beauty related post, I have been enjoying using my la Roche posey products while I have been away. I usually get pimples on my forehead when I’m on holiday from using sun cream and generally being hot and sweaty – NICE!!! (But everyone has to sweat don’t they?)
My two front running products are:
La Roche Posey 50+ SPF for sensitive skin. This little bottle of thin, non greasy formula is perfect for my face. It’s water resistant (although I always re applied after coming out of the pool or sea) paraben free and perfume free. Once applied it does not leave the face shiny or sticky at all. If you have problematic / combination skin I would defiantly recommend this products. It’s great for fairer skin tones too. It’s a 50ml bottle which I was really worried would not be enough for the holiday, but this will defiantly last me the year. For my whole face I used about a 5p sized amount which was plenty as the product has a thin consistency.
The only down side to this product is the price. It wasn’t a cheap buy at £12.37 For the 50ml bottle -have in said that I would defiantly buy this product again.
You can get yours from Boots
My other holiday skin saviour is La Roche Posey matt Effaclar Mat I have had this bottle for a while but it’s never stayed my true faithful product. I saw it in my beauty cupboard before I went away I had the urge to give it another go. Boy oh boy am I glad I did. This has kept my face matte all evening. (Normally my face shines brighter than the moon in the evening) again it’s paraben free, non greasy and perfume free, the gel like formula sinks into my skin perfectly. Make up can be applied straight on top as it dries almost instantly. This is great for combination to oily skins and can be used as a daily moisturiser.
Im not too sure of the price but I got mine from Boots. I am guessing they will still have it.
Have you given any of these products a go? What did u think? Or are there any holiday holy grail products that you just have to pack?
Would love to hear your thoughts.
