I am a tinted moisturiser newbie…
I have tried this product quite a few times now and have come to the conclusion it is not great on my skin! I am a oily / combination skin type so i like to use fairly matte products – This is not a matte product. It is great for a dryer skin type and if you are having a really good skin day, but for me there are very few days where i have a great skin day!
It contains Hyluronic acid which is great for hydration. It also has a SPF 15 which is really handy for our English weather but would probably wear a high factor sun cream underneath if i was wearing in on holiday. This is great for beach days if you feel you need a little something without a full face of makeup.
I would use a separate concealer for under eyes and blemishes to create a more even skin tone along side the Clarins Hydra Quench. It also contains radiance boosting pearls which capture light and give a glowing radiant finish. Beautiful on a dry skin, i felt it was slightly to sheer and shiny on a combination/oily skin.
I have used the shade Porcelain. There are another 6 shades to match your skin.
This is £30.00 and available from June 2014 from www.clarins.co.uk
