TOP 5 PICKS : BEAUTY EDITION

Here are 5 products that are new to me. Obviously i am really into skincare and have herd a lot of people swear by La Roche Posey Effaclar Duo cream. I have had a issue with my skin as of late, the small pimples i get on my t zone were really getting on my nerves, Taking action i bought the Effaclar Duo. I have to say it worked on the skin. It wasn’t a super quick result but it was pretty good over a week or so, I had high expectations for this product and I am glad i have it in my blemish busting kit! It is fairly lightweight, non greasy and comes in a handy skim tube that’s great for travelling (I will be taking this with me on future holidays) I will probably do a full review of this if you would like me too – Let me know in the comments below.

Bourjois Healthy Balance Compact Powder is something i don’t think i ever want to be without now. I have had it in my handbag make up stash for a good month and it will be sitting there for many months to come i am sure. I am one of those people that HAS to wear powder or you will be able to see my shine from Mars! This is a really compact super slim design. The little mirror in the lid is perfect for on the go touch ups. The actual powder is awesome, Its just powdery enough without completely mattifying your face. I tend to just use this on the T-zone area because I feel i only need it in these areas but it would be acceptable to use all over the face.

The Real Techniques Delux Crease Brush is a new discovery for me. I know they have been out for a couple of years now and i have a whole bunch of the other brushes. I picked this one up in a set of eye brushes and have found this is what i reach for the most. Although its for blending shadow in the creases of the lids, I tend to use it for under eye concealer. I find it fits perfectly and gives a lovely flawless look. A definite stand out brush for me at the moment (These dark mornings take there toll on my bags)

The next two products I received in my most recent My Little Box subscription – The Fleur De Force edition. The L’Occitane Shea Vanilla Hand Cream is really nice. I really like the small sample sized packaging for keeping in my handbag. I walk my dog 2-3 times a day and as you can imagion in this weather the get really dry and chapped especially the skin round my nails. The Lipstick Is from My little Beauty, my little box spin off beauty range. I absolutly LOVE this colour. It a really nice transitional shade, I have been wearing throughout winter with cosy knitwear and i can see myself wearing it in summer too, so a very good pick from Fleur!
