Skincare & Beauty Blog

Lush is a brand I have only just started to like in the last year or so, To be honest I find that their shops are a bit over powering for me, however since seeing them at blogging events there are certain products that I really like and have kept bobbing in to re purchase.

My favorite bath bomb is the Butterball a pretty simple bath bomb, nothing too fancy found in the ingredients list. I find it really soothing and softening on my skin which is down to the fact that it contains coco butter. While I was hovering around the bath bomb counter a couple of other products caught my eye or should I say nose…

Avobath the Green bomb contains Lemongrass. Probably one of my favorite essential oil. When I worked in a beauty salon we used to burn this in an oil burner so this bomb took me straight back to the salon. Avobath contains Avocado & olive oil to hydrate the skin and tackle dryness.

Lover Lamp the white bomb with red hearts is a new product for valentines day. Containing Coco Butter for softening & vanilla & orange oil for mood enhancing (Basically i think these are just for the fragrance) again its on the subtle side so would be great for evening baths.

The comforter Bubble Bar is about as fragrant is I tend to go, I think this smells a bit like a refresher sweet however apparently it is supposed to smell of blackcurrant. I have never used a bubble bar before so I am not entirely sure what to expect from this one, It smells pretty tasty though. I will be giving this a try this weekend.

While paying for all of the above there was a little tray of Luxury Bath Oils which i think were only £2 so I obviously got suckered into buying the Floating Island. There seems to be a bit of a theme to my haul… This again contains Coco Butter & Sandlewood oil for softening & Lemon Oil for a refreshing lift.

What do you tend to buy from Lush?
