When It comes to hair I really hate looking & trying out new products purely because they are usually a total letdown when used on my hair.

L’Oreal Cley Shampoo & Conditioner that is supposed to solve greasy roots… Nope, not my roots, They looked as greasy as ever on the second day! The only consistent hair care product to line my dressing table is Dry Shampoo! I have two dry shampoo favourites.

Colab Sheer Invisable Dry Shampoo:

The brand offers buyers two varieties one being the Sheer invisible & Extra Volume, I tend to choose the sheer invisible purely because I prefer the feel of it in my hair and on my scalp. I have had the Extra Volume version before which is amazing for giving oomph to the roots however day to day I’m more of an invisible girl! I have always reached for the London Scent but a recent trip to Superdrug got me loving the Monaco fragrance. My obsession made me buy 3 cans…. Oops!

Redken Pillow Proof 2 Day Hair Extender spray:

I am still obsessed with my Redken Hair extender don’t get me wrong, however it is a little expensive & not as easy to find in shops, hense the Colab purchases. This spray is amazing though, Totally invisible so great for all hair colours & smells really nice too. It does not have much in the way of lift to the roots but it keeps them looking grease free for an extra day or two. If you struggle to find a dry shampoo that works for your hair I would give this a try!

Here is my dressing table, full of Dry shampoo…. Oops

TOP TIP: I always tend to spray my dry shampoo before I go to bed, I have found this works best for my hair. I give it a good spray around my T-section then just leave it as it is in my hair and go to sleep. The following morning my hair feels oil free & bouncy.

What do you use to extend your wash?
