Skincare & Beauty Blog

I love a good cleanse. Is there a better feeling than  getting home from work, Whipping off the bra and giving your face a good wash. I don’t think there is.

I have quite a few cleansers on the go at once but skincare is something I really love. To remove my makeup and cleans my skin I have a couple of rituals I perform.

Eye Makeup Removal:

I like to use a dual formula eye makeup remover to remove the bulk of my eye make up, I tend to use a Garnier Waterproof eye makeup remove

First Cleanse :

This is where I remove the rest of my make up using a Micellar water, Just giving my skin a quick swipe with two cotton pads. this basically does nothing other than removing makeup so I wouldn’t bother going for a pricy Micellar water because you are going to be cleansing again.

Final Cleanse :

This is where I grab my best cleanser, My favorite at the moment is either Oskia Renaissance Cleansing Gel or Pixi Glow Mud Cleanser, I love to massage my skin for a couple of minutes or even use my Magnitione Cleansing brush to get the skin glowing and prepped for the following steps. The Magnitone cleansing facial brush exfoliates the skin giving it a real glow. No matter what cleanser I use I always remove  it with a flannel.

How do you cleanse your skin?
