Skincare & Beauty Blog

Merumaya are a brand I have followed & used since their launch in 2012. They seem to have gone from strength to strength. I first tried the Cleansing Balm back in 2013  when I first started my blog and since then have tried various other treats the team have sent me, my favourite one being the Mud Marvels Mask.  I go through stages with cleansers, sometimes i love oils, other times balms but quite often I do like a facial wash. They have kind of had a slating these past few years but i think its just a case of finding one that does not completely strip the oil from the skin.

Merumaya Luxury Facial Wash(£16.50)
This unisex product is for those ladies & gents with combination, blemish prone skin that is also looking for something to help with anti aging too. It is pretty gentle ever so slightly foaming cleanser which does a brilliant job of removing daily dirt & excess oils from the skin. I have read in the reviews on the Meurmaya website that the product removes makeup however I always tend to remove my makeup with a oil cleanser or Micellar water before applying the Luxury Facial Wash. The use of Pomegranate Enzymes gently exfoliate the skin leaving it feeling really fresh and super soft to touch, to bump up the exfoliation try using a facial brush, My Magnitone cleansing brush gives my skin a extra clean in the mornings.  After the first use my skin was really bright, clean & fresh without feeling tight at all. I have noticed my skin has no spots too, Not one, magic!

This has been on my dressing table for quite some time but I have only just got round to using it. Its not kept in my bathroom because it is so convenient to use while in the shower. The squeezy 100ml tube makes it perfect for travelling, you can pop it into your hand luggage and not have to worry about decanting it .

I highly recommend this cleanser for people that cannot be bothered to cleanse their  combination / oily / blemish prone skin as its so quick and easy.

Do you like facial washes?
