Elemis nail it for me every. single. time. Their skincare for me is an absolute winner & it’s a brand I can honestly say I trust with my skin. I have used Elemis for years now and recommended them millions of times over to friends and family.  Elemis have created a brand new Exclusive Superfood Skincare range to feed your skin with all the plant-based goodness possible. A nutrient-dense, Vegan-Friendly collection which comprises of the following…

Superfood Facial Wash | £25

The pre-biotic cleansing gel that helps balance the skin, remove dirt & makeup (although I would remove eye make up first). Avocado, Broccoli and Pumpkin Seed oils are combined with a natural Pre-Biotic to help balance the skin’s precious microbiome. Wheatgrass, Kale, and Nettle are combined to leave the complexion looking luminous, bright and radiant. It does say this is for all skin types, however, in my personal opinion, I would go for something a little more nourishing if you tend to have a dryer skin type. This wash is a perfect morning face wash.

Superfood Day Cream | £42

I am a big fan of this day cream. It’s quite lightweight so for my combination skin it sits really well with my skin. The illuminating moisturiser with anti-oxidant rich oils and vitamin-rich Supergreens, as well as an active Pre-Biotic which helps to balance, hydrate and smooth skin. It contains natural AHA’s which really gently exfoliates the skin leaving it looking radiant and fresh for the day. I use about 1 pump which covers my whole face and down my neck and makes me look slightly more human at 5:30am.

Superfood Night Cream | £46

This is slightly richer than the night cream but still absolutely perfect for my skin type. I like to use this over the top of the Superfood Facial oil (read about this below) for the perfect night time duo. An essential oil blend of Lavender, Ylang Ylang and Vetivert help promote feelings of relaxation before sleep, It is basically sleep in a bottle, Ok, slight exaggeration but you get where I’m coming from. I have never been into using a specific night cream before, I tend to just my normal creams and then add in the appropriate serum for that night. Although I love this product, I think for my skin (remember I have skin which is slightly oily) I prefer the day cream

Superfood Facial Oil | £45

This award-winning facial oil a beauty!  This product is for those who are looking to improve the radiance of their skin. The ingredients in the formula are packed with goodness for the skin. (Flax Seed Oil, Broccoli Seed Oil, Cucumber Seed Oil, Macadamia Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Daikon Radish Oil, Meadowfarm Seed Oil, Rosehip Seed Oil ) I love this oil and I got my auntie to give it a go and now she is hooked too. A few drops each night and you done and dusted! This is actually my second bottle of the Superfood facial oil and it sits on my bedside table for daily use. You can also mix this in with your day moisturiser if you feel like your skin needs a bit of an extra hydration hit.

obviously, this range is a big hit with me, But it’s not just the formulas that I’m impressed with, I think the packaging is great too. I really dislike my moisturisers to be packaged in tubs. Although they look pretty the ingredients keep fresher when they are locked away in airtight pump bottles like these day and night creams.

This whole range is really worth looking into if you are a fan of great Vegan-Friendly skincare. It’s all fab!
